Raising money for Supporting Wounded Veterans.
Join Katie as she talks with Taisie Grant who is spearheading an incredible 24hours of wellness over one weekend encompassing 30 classes with the likes of yoga, pilates, breathwork, HIIT sessions, talks on stress & resilience.
It is open to all ages, and all abilities from the 27th November 2020.
Katie gets under the skin of what has driven Taisie to organise such a huge online event as well as what drove her to become a yoga instructor and leave a full-time job to pursue this passion.
Both Katie and Tom have been infected with Taisie's passion and for them both, it was a no brainer to get involved and they will both be a part of this great event and teaching over the weekend. All to raise money for such an amazing charity.
